Our Plan

Homes of Choice is supported by its parent organisation Spectrum Foundation and an ongoing partnership with our sister organisation, Spectrum Care.

As a social housing provider, a significant proportion of our funds come from Crown and philanthropic partnerships, impact investors and individual donors who have gratefully recognised the integral role our organisation plays in providing a better life for disabled people and their whānau.

The focus of the past five years has been on getting the basics right – building strong foundations to deliver operational improvements and efficiencies across our organisation.

Over the next five years we aim to:

1. Demonstrate our capability and expertise as a credible housing solutions provider in the disability sector
2. Build operational agility, flexibility and responsiveness to the evolving needs of our customers, their whanau and the disability and social housing sectors
3. Strive for functional excellence and create economies of scale to support the delivery of our strategic objectives
