Developers

We work in partnership with individual and corporate developers to build homes to meet the needs of disabled people and their whanau.

We offer the opportunity to scale up the development of specialised disability housing, backed by Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and Spectrum Care as major partners.

We also have significant land-holding assets that are largely zoned for mixed housing, as well as ageing stock and opportunities for infill redevelopment or purpose-built housing.

We’re looking to partner with developers who are flexible and responsive and, most importantly, believe in our mission and the customers we support.
